Order Changes & Exchanges

We request that you carefully check your order details, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. As we prioritize quick order processing, we cannot process returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.

If you discover an error, you have 6 hours from the order placement to cancel and place a new order. Should you have any questions before placing your order, do not hesitate to contact us. We strive to ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Requests made after this timeframe might result in the order being processed or shipped already.

Return Window

Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, the order will be considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be issued.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Design received does not match the order
  • Incorrect size or material
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product description does not match the received item

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items should be in their original condition and packaging
  • Cannot be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to an error on our part
  • Original tags should still be attached
  • Minor issues such as stray threads are not eligible
