Processing Time: Involves order verification, assembly, and other activities before shipping. The length of processing time may differ based on your location and our processing efficiency.

Shipping Time: Begins once the processing is complete and depends on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address.

Our order cutoff time is aligned with (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

Delivery times may be extended during peak periods and special promotions.

We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total estimated delivery time combines both processing and shipping times.

Tracking Your Package

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package directly on our website. Some carriers may take up to 5-7 business days to update tracking details. If no updates are available after 10 business days, contact [email protected].

Shipping Delays

If your order is not received within 45 calendar days, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. For any delays, please reach out so we can assist. We strive to respond within 12 hours.

Undelivered Packages

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you cannot find it, first recheck the delivery location thoroughly. Then contact the shipping carrier about the issue. If the issue continues, email [email protected].

Incorrect Addresses

We cannot ensure delivery to addresses that are incorrect or incomplete. Double-check your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected] immediately if you find any errors.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Drinkgears is not responsible for customs charges if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and may not guarantee a refund.
